Additional Information

Description

UpRet 60mg vial  is a cutting-edge injectable peptide that mimics the action of three metabolic hormones. This triple receptor agonist approach allows for simultaneous appetite suppression, improved glucose control, and increased energy expenditure, making it one of the most powerful tools for fat loss and metabolic support currently available.

This works synergistically to enhance insulin sensitivity, slow gastric emptying, and reduce hunger signals, while glucagon contributes to increased calorie burn and mobilisation of stored fat. The combination of these mechanisms makes UpRet 60mg highly effective for individuals looking to lose weight, reverse insulin resistance, and improve metabolic health.

Benefits

  • Promotes significant fat loss through appetite suppression and increased thermogenesis

  • Improves insulin sensitivity and blood glucose control

  • Reduces cravings and caloric intake

  • Increases energy expenditure via glucagon receptor stimulation

  • Enhances long-term metabolic health and body composition

  • Once-weekly dosing for ease and consistency

Side effects
While UpRet 60mg is generally well-tolerated, some users may experience:

  • Nausea or queasiness, especially during dose escalation

  • Digestive issues such as bloating, constipation, or diarrhea

  • Fatigue or mild dizziness

  • Headaches

  • Mild irritation or redness at the injection site

Most side effects are dose-dependent and improve as the body adjusts. A gradual titration protocol is recommended to minimize discomfort.

Dosages & Protocol
Starting dose: 2.5mg once weekly (typically for the first 2–4 weeks)
Titration phase: Increase to 5mg, then 7.5mg, 10mg, and up to 15–20mg weekly depending on goals and tolerance
Maximum dose: 15–20mg weekly, under guidance
Cycle Duration: Can be used continuously for long-term weight management and metabolic health. Doses should be increased gradually to reduce risk of gastrointestinal side effects

How to administer – reconstitution and how to inject
UpRet comes as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before use

Reconstitution:

  • Reconstitute the full vial with 1ml or 2ml of bacteriostatic water, depending on desired concentration

  • Slowly inject the bacteriostatic water down the inner wall of the vial

  • Swirl gently (do not shake) until the solution is fully clear

Injection:

  • Use a 1ml insulin syringe (29–31 gauge)

  • Draw the appropriate volume based on your dose and dilution (e.g., if reconstituted with 1ml, then 5mg = 0.167ml or ~17 units on an insulin syringe)

  • Inject subcutaneously into the abdomen, thigh, or shoulder once weekly

  • Rotate injection sites to minimise irritation

If reconstituted with 2ml of bacteriostatic water:

2.5mg = 16.5 units – week 1

5mg = 33 units – week 2& 3

7.5mg = 50 units – week 4 & maintenance
